1. Customer Service with Amazon is A++++ The first purifier I received was scratched and scuffed so I emailed customer service and explained the condition it arrived and they automatically sent me a new one out which I received the next morning. Also they paid for the return shipping on the returned item. This is why I buy from Amazon!
2.The Surround Air XJ-3800 Intelli-Pro Air Purifier works really well. It picks up odors and works exactly as the description says. I have had two Oreck purifiers and had constant problems with their over priced air purifiers. I can't see me buying Oreck in the future as long as I can find one that works as well as the Surround Air XJ-3800 Intelli-Pro Air Purifier. I will post an update as to the durability after I have had it for a while. I highly recommend this product.

Researched the internet for a good air purifier, because I suffer miserably with allergies. Came across this purifier and it had great reviews. I ordered and when I plugged it in there was a noticable difference in the air quality in our house. I also have less sneezing and watery gooey eyes. Great product

i bought this with the hopes of clearing the bedroom air of allergens that keep my nose constantly clogged up. this unit did not help my allergies but it does take odors out of the air and is very quiet.

I really like this machine. I have been running it for a few weeks. It runs so quietly. It detects odors before I can and starts cleaning the air. I think this was a good purchase.

This filter is quiet and efficient. I was concerned about the reviews that mentioned how loud the unit was. I find it very quiet. Set on auto it stays on quiet mode. When it detects an odor or poor air quality it kicks up the power, usually only to low or medium, handles the problem air quality and then kicks right back down to quiet mode.
