Product Description
This sitcom followed the life of a group of cabbies in New York. The group, employees of the Sunshine Cab Company, was made up a motley crew including Bobby (Jeff Conaway), a frustrated actor, Tony (Tony Danza), a struggling boxer, Louie (Danny DeVito), the tyranical dispatcher, and Reverend Jim (Christopher Lloyd), a spacey ex-hippie. The classic ensemble sitcom was hailed by critics and audiences alike after premiering on ABC Sept. 12, 1978. It's a vehicle with heart, as well as humor, and won three straight Emmys as Outstanding Comedy Series.

If you want a lot of laughs you should purchase these DVDs.The cast is great, and I didn't realize how good Danny Devito was in this sitcom. I highly recommend these videos.

What can I say, I love Taxi. Therefore, a box set gets 5 stars. One note, my father and I both noticed that there were missing episodes? I can't remember off the top of my head which ones, but I'm wondering if we are just crazy or if anyone else had noticed this.

I love this show however buying this is this format will cost more. At the price of $100.99 you will pay about $12 more than buying them individually. So be wary of this. Enjoy the show I certainly do.

The 70's showed men and women working together in all situations, this show takes you to almost all possibilites of friends and workers in the all time love hate relationships no longer allowed in the workplace. These were simpler times and Taxi has it all.
