Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I have followed all the instructions correctly and no luck. I am going to try Nature's Way Fenugreek seed capsules and hope to see good results.

I went back to work a few weeks ago after having my third baby. I am full time but only really pump 2 times a day while in the office. Prior to starting this tea, I was getting aound 14 oz- somewhere around 7 oz each pumping session. I was also pumping in the morning before work and getting around 5 oz if I didn't also nurse but less if I nursed (around 3 oz). That seems good - except my baby drank 18 oz one day and she won't start solids for another 2 months at least. So, I realized that I needed to increase my supply since I only have 30 oz stored in the freezer. I started drinking this tea - 2-3 cups a day for the past 3 days. Today, I pumped 4 oz in the morning (I also nursed in the morning), then 16 oz at work. So I got a total of 20 oz in addition to nursing.
I was worried about the taste, as I don't like licorice, but this tea is actually pretty tasty. I drink it plain.

This tea has a great hearbal taste to it and my wife has good results from using it. She finds it especially helpful for days when her milk supply is low due to stress.

I tried this tea because I was worried that my daughter was not eating as much as she should be eating. After seeing my daughter's appetite increase and her not getting her fill, I decided to try this tea as I heard that it works for some mother's. It worked for me after two or three days of drinking it about four times a day. It tasted like herbal tea to me not black licorice. Honey makes it taste better.
