I wanted a case that offered a lot of protection, that wasn't too bulky yet offered a lot of protection. So I turned to this case, after hearing people talk highly of the cases I decided to get one for my iPod Touch.
The plastic case seems a little flimsy alone which may surprise someone, but with the iPod inside and the protective silicone case around it, it's awesome.
The case adds a little bulk, enough to where the iPod is a lot easier to handle. The iPod touch is pretty slim and I've dropped it a few times.
The only beef with the case is it's not compatible with a lot of docks. :(
Overall? Buy this. Seriously. I wish I had sooner.

I was trying to look for a good sturdy case for my itouch for a while and decided to get this one. It turns out that it's really a great product. The installation was easy, I know that my ipod is being well protected, and the price was reasonable. The case comes with three layers, a film to cover the screen and does not hinder the touch sensitivity, a hard shell, and a soft shell to go over the hard shell. It may seem a little bulky but that doesn't seem to bother me very much, because the previous iphone generations being about the same size of my itouch 3g with the case on. It does get a little dusty on the soft shell, but not so much on the screen itself, so that wasn't so bad either. Other than that I've been completely satisfied with my purchase.

Great Case - Great Product
Pros:
Perfect fit
-Easy to install
-Built in Screen Protector (No need to apply screen protector separately - no air bubbles!!)
-Case feels very rugged and device feels protected
Cons:
-My third party power charger connector end is to big to plug into the case (I have to use the apple USB cable)
Other than not being able to use my third party power chargers this is great option to protect the easily scratch-able iPod touch. This is my second Otterbox case. My first was for a Blackberry Curve. Now, two years later, I have a new looking obsolete Blackberry Curve :)

This case is excellent for any type of outdoor activities, work in the gym and pretty much anything else you could think. All ports are easily accessible, the light sensor is unblocked so that you can use the auto-dimming feature (which is a problem I've had with other cases). I would highly recommend this case. Despite its look, it may seem that it would add extra bulk to the iPod itself, which is not true whatsoever. The only MINUSCULE negative thing I can say about this case is the fact that dust, flour and lent will stick to the case, which is common with any type of case made of this type of material.
